What does AlgoFox teach?

Tech interview prep across three subjects: Algorithms, AI Coding and System Design. The first course in each subject is free on this site, along with Quick Play and Battle. Thecourse catalog lists every course and marks the ones that are part of AlgoFox Pro, which include the company practice tracks.

I paid but Pro is not unlocked

Open the app, go to Profile, and use Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same App Store or Google account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with the store receipt and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancellation happens there, not in AlgoFox. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions. We cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your AlgoFox account will not cancel it either.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen in the app, orreset it here. We email you a 6-digit code to type in with your new password. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us.

Does Pro work on the website?

Yes. Sign in here with the account you subscribed with in the app and the Pro courses open in your browser too. Pro is bought and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play; the website shows your subscription status but cannot sell or cancel one.

I want to stop the reminder emails

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click is enough. You can also turn reminders off in the app under Profile.

I think a lesson is wrong

Please tell us. Send the course, the lesson name, and what you expected instead. Content corrections are the fastest kind of bug for us to fix.

I want to delete my account

You can do it yourself, immediately, from Profile in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, the account deletion page explains the alternative and exactly what gets removed.

Reporting a security issue

Email hello@algofox.app with "security" in the subject line and describe what you found. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
